      *You must be 21 years or older.

      *Have not been published by an RWA recognized publisher.

      *The form below must be completed in full and postmarked no later than February 1, 2007. Email applications will not be accepted.

      *Only one application per person.

      *This is NOT a writing contest. Merely my way to be sure the winner is in fact a Romance Reader.

      *The winning applicant (1) will be selected on March 2, 2007. The applicant will receive notification prior to their name being announced on www.Sandyblair.net and/or in Romantic Times BOOKReviews Magazine.

      The scholarship includes:

      • One roundtrip coach airfare from any major city in the contiguous United States to Houston, TX, site of the 2007 Romantic Times Booklovers Convention.
      • The 2007 RT Booklovers Convention registration fee
      • Those classes, meals and functions included in your registration fee
      • A five-night, standard, single occupancy stay at the convention hotel in Houston
      • Dinner with Sandy Blair and a surprise author or two

      **All other miscellaneous expenses such as secondary-connecting airfares, food and beverage not covered by registration fee, taxi fares, in-room charges, taxes and gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winner.

      ***This scholarship has no redeemable cash value, is not transferable to any other person, is applicable only to the 2007 Romantic Times Booklovers Convention, but should the 2007 convention be postponed by the company the scholarship will be applicable to the next Romantic Times BOOKReviews scheduled convention.
